Due to the takeover by OHB Technology, the company Thales Alenia Space Antwerp is renamed to "Antwerp Space".
OHB Technology has acquired 100% of the shares of Thales Alenia Space Antwerp. OHB Technology is a German group active in the aerospace business.
The change in ownership has no immediate impact on our current daily operation nor on our existing product portfolio.
