RF & Microwave Designer

Job description

  • Analysis of RF specifications for telecommunication systems
  • Definition of analogue system topology and derivation of subsystem specifications
  • Design, simulation and test of RF & microwave circuits
  • PCB layout with a suitable software package
  • Fast prototyping of microstrip filters and simple circuits
  • Analysis of shielding and crosstalk behaviour
  • Worst-case, signal-integrity and cascade analyses
  • Design for EMC/EMI qualification
  • Design linear or switching DC/DC converters
  • Drive the development of shielding engineering and the mechanical integration

Required Qualification

  • Master in Electronics or equivalent through experience
  • PhD in Radio Frequency engineering is an asset
  • Deep understanding of high frequency behavior of electronic circuits is a must

Expected experience

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role is an asset, but both junior and senior profiles can apply
  • You have a passion for high frequency techniques
  • Experience with EMC certification is an asset
