Job Description

  • Contact suppliers in a commercial manner and negotiate price, quality, delivery period, payment terms, certificates,... in close consultation with the responsible Project Manager
  • Establish master data of article codes (incl. environmental and export specifications)
  • Create purchase orders + full follow-up for assigned projects (order confirmation, delivery period, backorders, complaints,...)
  • Support Stock management (receiving, picking, relocation, external stock, ... ) and shipping
  • Optimize procedures, work methods and reporting

Job Experience

  • Master Electronica / Bachelor Electronica with relevant work experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain / Purchasing in a technical environment

Job Competences

  • Solid knowledge of Excel and ERP system is a must
  • Spoken and written knowledge of Dutch and English is important
  • Commercial insight, communicative and organizational skills
  • Accurate, analytical and a teamplayer
  • Motivated, eager to learn, flexible regarding your range of tasks
